Laura J. McGill is Engineering VP of Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS), a company specializing in civil government, defense and cybersecurity solutions, which reached sales of $24 billion in 2016 and employs 63,000 people worldwide. McGill is an adjunct lecturer for Raytheon's onsite Master of Science in Systems Engineering program with Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering. She also worked as chief engineer for Air Warfare Systems and Tomahawk Cruise Missiles. A lifetime fellow of the American institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, she has held leadership and Board of Directors positions there since 1996.
